Mr. Vega is a partner in Baraona Marshall. Mr. Vega has participated in numerous transactions, covering domestic and cross-border projects, advising borrowers and lenders. He has led the Firm’s working teams in structuring highly complex operations, addressing corporate governance, securities regulation, capital markets, merger and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture matters, in a wide spectrum of business areas, such as retail, banking, technology, financial services, etc. Mr. Vega is a graduate of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile where he received his LL.B in 2013 and he was admitted in 2016. Mr. Vega obtained a Diploma in Corporate Taxation at the Economics and Business School of the Universidad de Chile (2021). Mr. Vega is currently studying the LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law (USA). In addition, he is taking a special program designed by the Wharton School of Economics and Business, called the “Wharton Business and Law Certificate.”
