Ms. Saenz is a senior associate in Baraona Marshall. Ms. Saenz has concentrated her practice in numerous transactions, covering domestic and cross-border projects, advising borrowers and lenders. Ms. Saenz also has a relevant experience in real estate projects, involving all aspects and areas of such practice.
