Mr. Peña is a Director of Baraona Marshall. he has concentrated his practices in tax consultancy, providing specialized advice in all aspects involving tax matters, including domestic and foreign clients. Mr. Peña was also a senior member of the tax consultancy department of KPMG. Mr. Peña is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidad de Chile where he obtained his LL. B in 2009 and he was admitted to practice in 2012. Mr. Peña also obtained a Diploma in Tax Planning at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013, and a Diploma in Taxation (2017) and a Diploma in Tax Analysis and Management (2017), both at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He is active in academic activities, being Assistant Professor at the Law Schools of the Universidad de Chile and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
