Mr. Soza is a partner and the head of BM Corp, the Firm’s team dedicated to tax compliance and other tax-accounting related matters, both domestic and foreign. He has extensive experience in advising clients in corporate, risk assessment, accounting and audit matters. Mr. Soza is a graduate of the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana where he obtained his CPA degree in 1999 and a Business degree in 2002. He was also member of the audit area of EY (formerly Andresen Chile). Mr. Soza has been selected as lecturer in several symposiums and conferences regarding matters of his expertise. He has been a Professor of Auditing at the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana.
