Mr. Grez is a senior associate at Baraona Marshall. He has concentrated his practice in all type of domestic and cross-border transactions, including general corporate, capital markets and financing, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions. He has also specialized in advising domestic and foreign clients in the structuring and development of investments funds, involving all areas of businesses, especially in the technological and fintech industry. Mr. Grez is a graduate of the School of Law of the Universidad Diego Portales where he received his LL.B in 2017 and he was admitted in 2018. Mr. Grez obtained a Diploma in Accounting and Finance at the Economics and Business School of the Universidad de Chile (2021) and a Diploma on the History of Political Ideas in Chile in the 19^th and 20^th centuries at the History School of the Universidad Diego Portales (2013-2014). He was also a member of the Law Exchange Program of the School of Law of the Universiteit Utrecht in The Netherlands (2016).
