Mr. Fortune is Director of the labor area of Baraona Marshall, advising national and foreign clients in all types of labor and social security matters, including consulting, litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in highly complex litigation and relevant cases with in-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor matters. Mr. Fortune is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of the Universidad de Chile and also magister in Labor and Social Security from the same university. Since 2018, he is a professor of Labor Law and Social Security, and since 2021 he is a member of the undergraduate faculty of the Law School of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
