Ms. De la Cruz is an associate of Baraona Marshall. She concentrates her practice in general corporate advice, capital markets and banking and finance matters. Ms. De la Cruz is a graduate of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she received her degree in 2022, the same year in which she began practicing the profession. She participated in the Exchange Program of the Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona, Spain (2019). She currently serves as a teaching assistant in Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
