Mr. Abuyeres is a partner at Baraona Marshall. He advises Firm’s clients in all type of tax matters, including tax consultancy and litigation. In this respect, Mr. Abuyeres has extensive experience in relevant litigations and cases regarding very complex tax matters where understanding not only of tax law aspects is required, but also deep knowledge of accounting and financial aspects is a must. Mr. Abuyeres is a graduate of Law School of the Universidad de Chile where he received his LL.B in 2015 and was admitted in 2019. Mr. Abuyeres also received a Master in Tax Law at the Law School of the University de Chile (2021). Since 2020, Mr. Abuyeres is a Professor of Tax Law, International Taxation, Accounting and Tax Modernization at the Law School of the Universidad de Chile, being a member of both the undergraduate and graduate faculty.
