Rodolfo Vega is a partner at Baraona Marshall and focuses his practice on corporate and financing matters, having participated in numerous transactions involving both domestic and cross-border projects. He has led the structuring of highly complex transactions involving corporate governance, securities regulation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures across various industries, including retail, banking, technology, and financial services.

Mr. Vega graduated from the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013. He also holds a Diploma in Corporate Taxation from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile (2021), as well as an LL.M. from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA). In addition, he completed a special program designed by The Wharton School, known as the “Wharton Business and Law Certificate.”
