Mr. Berríos is an associate at Baraona Marshall. He focuses his practice on corporate law, regulated markets and natural resources. He has worked in the legal departments of energy companies, advising on the development and structuring of generation and storage projects, as well as on other industry-related matters.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Diego Portales and is a candidate for a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with a concentration in Regulatory Law, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
