Mr. Soto focuses his practice on the Civil and Commercial Litigation and Consumer Law areas at Baraona Marshall. He is an attorney from the University of Talca and holds a Diploma in Administrative Contracts and a Diploma in Administrative Authorizations, Permits, and Concessions from Universidad de Los Andes. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law at the same institution.
