Mr. Tisi is a partner of Baraona Marshall and is in charge of the Labor and Employment Area, with 25 years of experience in the field, also having teaching experience in the area. He has advised numerous national and international companies with presence in Chile, including due diligence processes, labor aspects in M&A, workforce restructuring, massive layoffs, compensation plans, company subsidiarization, labor compliance, collective bargaining, conflict resolution with unions, as well as tax matters related to the labor area, among other matters.

Mr. Tisi is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile. In 2000, he studied “The Academy of American and International Law”, which is offered by the International and Comparative Law Center of the Southwestern Legal Foundation (Dallas, USA) and then worked as an international associate lawyer at the law firm Thompson & Knight (Houston, USA). During the last 15 years he has been recognized as an outstanding labor lawyer in Chile by several international rankings and publications, such as Chambers&Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
