Mr. Yáñez is an associate in Baraona Marshall. He has concentrated his practice in all areas of tax practice, including tax consultancy and tax litigation. Mr. Yáñez is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidad de Chile where he received his LL.B in 2020. He participated in the Exchange Program at the School of Law of the Universidad Carlos iii, Madrid (2019). He is an Assistant Professor of Tax law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile.
